It is important to know and understand that all raises and bets are equivalent to the size of the initial blind bets. When poker is played with a Fixed Limit, players can only raise three times per betting round. When three raises have been made, the only options left for the remaining players are to fold or to call. The raises and bets are always equivalent to the size of the blinds.
